Objective

Create a digital personal assistant designed to tackle life admin tasks, freeing up more time for what’s important to users. An assistant which handles tasks at the same quality as when they would do them themselves.

As research shows, Our users often feel overwhelmed by the never-ending stream of life administrative tasks, from managing appointments and bills to organizing their calendars and to-do lists. This constant burden takes away precious hours that they could spend on things that truly matter to them.

Target users are founders or managers of a startup or senior managers of a medium-sized company. All those who have already considered hiring a personal assistant.

Saiga takes care of all the things that are important, but not the ones that are urgent

Most tasks should be carried out by AI software. But Saiga also employs a team that processes requests that cannot be solved automatically. This way, customers are not frustrated because their short-term request is not processed in a timely manner and the team does not experience any short-term personnel shortages. If a doctor does not yet have an online appointment, the Saiga employees will call them to make the appointment in person. Or if a child benefit application is too complicated to be filled out automatically, someone will take care of it manually.

Saiga maintains a knowledge graph that stores everything the service knows about the person in a structured format.

This enables Saiga to gather all the data it needs for a given task and only ask questions about the bits that aren’t yet present in the database.
